I may be an older "woman" but I'm sure as heck not stupid. This was absolutely sales driven!! Guy walks in, gets down on his knees, looks at my floor heater with his flashlight, asks me to look as well. Stands up and tells me it needs to be replaced and it will cost around $5000!!! Says he can go under the house and check to see if there is a "serial number" on the unit. I go outside with him. He bends down,shines the light, says he sees the unit which was over 10' away., stands up and tells me he is going to go out to his truck to see if he can possible find parts for it. The unit is over 65 years old! I call BS!! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!! I have had 2 other companies come out and give me a bid of half that price!!Shame on you!!
